Danielle Kavonic
Doula
After experiencing my own beautiful births with my 4 children, I felt compelled to become a doula so I could facilitate mothers to be able to have their own wonderful birth experiences.
Over the course of my doula journey, I have made it my mission to receive training in as many aspects of perinatal education as possible so I can support mothers and their families from pre-conception, until their child turns two. I facilitate antenatal education for families, support them in labour and birth, c-section birth, breastfeeding and immediate postpartum care as well as general baby care and parenting.
I currently hold a position as Director of the 1000 Days of Grace Foundation where I am privileged to provide this care on a daily basis at government facilities for families who are unable to afford private care.
Working with NetworkOne and Busamed has been such a joy for me. Dr Howard and his team have truly pioneered a full spectrum program where families can receive excellent medical care as well as emotional support and education throughout their pregnancies. I am privileged to be a part of that team.
